Štěpán Hřebejk came to Karlovy Vary during the last season and he was one of the best players of team. But this season he has different and worse assertion. In the last matches he played usually in the fourth line. For his best he will try to play for a month in nearby Chomutov. He needs to have more playing time and be more on ice. This change should help him.
Dmitrij Cyganov will play for rest of this season, so until April 30, 2011, in Slovak´s extra league. He played at the begining of this season in the basic team but in the few last games he played also in the fourth line. He played also for few matches in Kadaň, where they play the first league. But also this wasn´t lucky choice for him because they have a lot of forwards. Because of it Energie found for him better use and it is in Slovakia in Skalice. He should recieve there a lot of new experiences which should help him to be in the basic A team in the following season in Karlovy Vary.
Energie recieved in the first of the extra league good 40 points but a lot of players have problems with their health. Jan Košťal will be back in his position after his recovery. But a coach has more problems with defensemen now. Because hurt are David Nosek, Petr Gřegorek, Karol Sloboda. Also Martin Parýzek has problems with health and he wouldn´t be able to play for four or six weeks. This situation mean for Ján Mucha and Roman Prošek comeback to A team. With them will be there Petr Přindiš. He came to Karlovy Vary from Sokolov. He played here in junior league in the past. His shooted decided about victory with Zlín in 2008. From this season he has played a lot of matches in Kadaň. So we will see how he will play here.

All looked very good from the first minute. Energie had pretty good chance to score in the second minue of game when Hruška passed to Melenovský and he tried it. Unfortunatelly he missed it. In the power play Čutta hit goal keeper for the second time. After this action was Energie without one player and Sparta was near a good chance to score. They missed it, too. More active were players of Energie and they score a goal. After bully Energie score again. This time a goal went from newcomer Klíma. The third shoot finished in hands of goal keeper. Two minutes before the end of the first part scored Sparta, too. It went from stick of Broš.
In the second part both of teams were well balanced. One shoot went from Energie, one from Sparta and they took turns. More active at that time was Smoleňák from Sparta who shoted a puck from blue line and hit a gate. The score changed to 2:2. After this goal Sparta continued and Smoleňák scored again with help from O´Brien.
Pretty good chance had Pech at the begining of the last part but he played back hand and didn´t make it. Unfortunatelly for Energie. But like a reparation was there Mucha. He shoted it from blue line and surprised Pöpperle. He confront the score to 3:3. The rest of the last part nothing changed. So it was time for extra playing time. But it was same like the end of the game. Both of teams looked like they are waiting for penalty shootouts. In them Energie hadn´t good luck and Výborný hit gate of Energie and brought Sparta victory. Sparta won after six unsuccessful matches. Tomáš Klíma from Karlovy Vary was the player of that game and also he recieved two Canadian points in this game.

The games between these two teams are exciting and well-balanced often. This match it was same and match continued to extra time which decided about the winner of this game. The first period started pretty good for Energie Václav Skuhravý who was the first who tried attacked gate, but puck caught Kovář. But České Budějovice was the first who scored in this match. Rostislav Martynek was in great position for shooting and he made the best with it and scored. Nice shoot went from Kokko but this shoot saw Kovář and caught it. Another nice shoot tried Dobroň but also his shoot caught Kovář.
The second third started better home team but guests were more successful during it. A defenseman Kolarz tried his best but Mensator was quick and caught his try. For Energie was important work of Rastislav Dej who hit upper stick of České Budějovice´s gate and scored goal.After him Štěpán Hřebejk caught puck which passed him Tomáš Kíma and scored, too. The score - Karlovy Vary: České Budějovice 2:1.
The last third started Petr Sailer who shoted to gate but a puck hit a gate and his try must judge video referee. He didn´t see this goal so Sailer stayed without goal. Milan Gulaš was another author of goal which Mensator didn´t see. He went around gate and hit next to stick of gate and put it into. In the end of last period was hurt Martin Parýzek. He stayed on the ice after facedown with Gulaš.
The extra time decide about the winner of the Sunday´s game. České Budějovice played in the 3rd minute power play and that was decisive. Michal Mikeska sent a puck to gate and brouht České Budějovice two points.

Michal Důras from Zlín was the first player who opened this match. He was the first person who scored and sent Zlín to lead. Before him had oportunity also Karlovy Vary, but captain Skuhravý didn´t hit a gate. At the begining of the second part of the first third Lukáš Mensator was again in exam´s time. At that time was before him Grof and Balašík, Mensator caught it. After them tried bring some good feelings to team Cyganov, who went off Zlín´s defensive line, but at the last seconds he was hooking. That brought him punishment shoting. But he didn´t make it to gate.
The begining of the second part was in role of guests. A referee sent two players of Energie to punishnement bench and result of that was goal from Jaroslav Balaštík. His goal was really easy because he stayed before empty gate. This goal get started to Zlín´s dominance. They tried to shoot and shoot and shoot but Mensator was bullet proof. Energie caught the second breath in the middle of time. Energie´s player with number 23 got a puck behind gate and passed it to free Sloboda who scored. But after six minutes Michal Důras scored again and gave leading with two goals back to Zlín. Another goal for Karlovy Vary continued in two minutes. It came from power play and author was again Jaroslav Balaštík.
The last third should be time for Karlovy Vary. Energie´s pertinacity was unbelievable. But everything went conversely. Stanislav Balán scored to Mensator´s gate five minutes before the end of game. Two minutes before the end of game a referee sent guests to three and gave a chance to Energie. Petr Kumstát turned profit from it and scored a goal which was long time expected. The coaches of Energie decided to play power play and Lukáš Pech shoted the third goal for Energie one second before the end of the game.
Two years hockey players of Zlín didn´t lose with Energie in Karlovy Vary. A coach Zdeněk Venera won against his ex- players for the eight time in line.

Big surprise has for its fans HC Energie. On Saturday December 18 is going to play in KV Arena the best and the richest club of European ice hockey Salavat Julajev Ufa. This friendly match with Karlovy Vary´s Energie will start at 2 o´clock p.m. Ufa´s coach is good known Russian reprezentant Bykov and in team play for example forward Radulov, goal keeper Jerjomenko or Czech players Blaťák and Klepiš. And price? Because this match will be before Christmas Energie prepared for you special price. Those from you who have hockey pass to Energie´s games will go free and rest of you will pay 60 Czech korunas/crowns. The tickets are available as usual on server Ticketportal.cz.
A- team from Ufa will be here for the first time but HC Energie cooperate with junior´s team for a longer time. For example junior´s team of Salavat won in Karlovy Vary traditional Coutry supervisor´s cup. Also Energie´s junior´s team went to Russian. A- team of Energie played during this summer in Russia, too.They were on the tournament of Cup of President´s of Bashkir´s area. They finished on the third place.
The Salavat will arrive to Karlovy Vary to Karlovy Vary´s airport with their own boeing 737 one day before the match and they will go back to Ufa after that match. Also players will be accommodated in hotel Richmond.
Salavat Julajev Ufa: The best team of Europe The Salavat´s players won the basic part of last year´s KHL. In the semifinal they suprisingly lost with opponet from Kazaň, who recieved the first place of that year. Ufa didn´t have pretty good entry to new season but they are still on the top of KHL. From the third round had players of Energie one match plus. Today they exploited it. They didn´t just exploited it but they won it. After fiirst twenty minutes they leaded it in diffence of three goals. The first and last goal was shoted by Franišek Skladaný. Also all these factors brought Energie to the fourth place on table.
The begining of match was on side of Pardubice on mess. In the second minute scored almost from zero angle František Skladaný. That was really good start for Karlovy Vary. Pardubice played unsuccessful power play. Milan Procházka was another chance from Karlovy Vary, unfortunatelly he hit just upper gate. Lukáš Pech took a puck to his hockey stick and after his road on ice finished it to gate. Two:zero. Hard situation for home team, lucky moments for guests. The second power game of Pardubice same situation like at the begining. Few seconds before the end of the first third hit the score Petr Kumstát. Three: zero for Karlovy Vary. This situation didn´t experience Pardubice at home since February 2004.
The second part of match meant change of goal keepers on the side of Pardubice. To gate went Adam Svoboda. Parbudice´s coach was out of ideas. Pardubice shoted to Mensator twenty times but he caught every single shoot. Big chance had Jan Starý. Unlucky for him nothing was from it. Pardubice tried its best but nothing was successful. Five minutes before the end of this part scored fourth goal of this game David Hruška. To his goal answered 25 seconds before the end Pet Koukal. His shot was knocked down by Mensator to his gate. Parbubice 1- Karlovy Vary 4.
The last third was in sign of Energie again. Martin Parýzek was sent to punishement bench and Eaton played withnout goal keeper in game six to four. They wanted to score and bring down the score. Adam Pineault did it. He scored and changed score to 2:4. This goal gave to Pardubice trust and it played without goal keeper again. In last seconds of this game scored again František Skladaný and Karlovy Vary won in Pardubice 5:2.

Karlovy Vary continued in Litvínov with victory. The first match of this season they won 6:3. Litvínov was home and home players of Litvínov are almost unbeatable. From statistics they lost only three matches from twelve. From the begining players of Energie had undisciplined behaviour and they were three times sent to punishment bench. That meant a lot of advantages and chances for Litvínov. The first chance had Ručinský but he wasn´t accurate and missed. At the moment when Litvínov played in three, Energie with David Hruška scored. From blue line Nosek passed puck to Kumstát, he hadn´t space to shot, he passed to Hruška and he sent it to empty gate. Another good chance had Sloboda who passed to Pech but he missed gate.
In the second third were more active guests. But all their tries were out of gate. In good position was Sloboda but he hit just goal keeper, Zaťovič with Hruška were striked by Kroupa. Rastislav Dej tried to surprised Hübl but he caught this puck.
Litvínov tried its best in power play but Karlovy Vary was stronger. In last ten minutes guests tried again vigilance of Hübl. He ceased it and caught it. After that try continued verification from Melenovský. Hübl was again successful. One minute and five seconds before the end of game host team played power play. This time was same as in the following minutes of game. The puck was dropped out from offensive zone. David Hruška who was near the puck bursted after it and scored to empty gate his second goal in this match. These two goals meant victory for Energie.

Players of Energie started match really well. For whole time of the first third they dominated. Finish player Petri Kokko beautifully opened whole game when he scored in the second minute. Another goal could be in Třinec´s gate in the twelfth minute when had his chance Martin Zaťovič. He went throught defensive line and shot to goal keeper Hamerlík. But Hamerlík packed off a puck before him. Zaťovič recieved the second chance but he was far from it and couldn´t shoot it.
Also the second part of game meant important time for both of teams. In 25th minute had chance to score Květoň with Lojsek from Třinec but Mensator was vigilant and cought up with game and chipped in it. Another interesting moment came in 33rd minute. That was game 4 to 3. Martin Růžička tried it long and hard but finally he got Mensator and scored the first goal for Třinec.
The begining of the last part was more in role of guests. In the 45th minute escaped David Hruška from his opponents and tried to passed the puck to somebody. Unlucky for him nobody saw this puck and his try didn´t finish in gate. But on the other side Martin Adamský scored goal. At this moment changed whole situation of game. The guests were more relaxed, but home team was nervous and wanted to win as same as Třinec want- Three minutes before the end of game got chance Dej. But puck ended around left pole of Hamerlík´s gate. Seven seconds before end of the game scored Lukáš Pech. His goal meant levelling of score to 2:2.
The extra playing time changed nothing. So about game must decided penalty shootouts. On the hosting side was successful Lukáš Pech who scored with bluffing puck. But his goal aligned Martin Růžička. The decision was on Petri Kokko. His backhand jink went to upper corner and he scored final goal and gave with this action to Karlovy Vary two points. Energie defeated actual leader of table.

Defensman David Hájek won´t play for rest of season in Energie. Until April 30, 2011 he will play on hosting in Slovan Bratislava. Why? David didn´t have sufficient results. The last season he played with success in Kladno, so this year he changed clubs. But his playing during this season isn´t as good as it should be. So they all decided about his hosting in Slovan Bratislava for rest of this season. It would be on him and his results, if he will stay there and play for Slovan Bratislava in next season, too.
On his possition, possition of 9th beck of club moved up Martin Rohan. He has played already one match in this season in A team. It was his premiere. But now he should be the 9th defensman in A team. He has pretty good results in junior team. Martin has already collect in 21 matches 15 Canadian points (2+13) and he is the third most productive defensman in the highest junior league. In Karlovy Vary´s team of coach Karel Mlejnek collected more points just Jaromír Kverka junior, who is playing now in United States.

About lucky and unlucky moments were persuaded hockey players from Karlovy Vary. In the first part of game they recieved two goals, one from Lukáš Pabiška, another from Marek Loskot. After him shoted to third lucky time Tomáš Nouza who did it and sent to changing bench Lukáš Mensator. Back to game went Lukáš Sáblík. After this hockey players of Energie were back in their form and they returned it back and more that. They scored another goal. These goals went from hockey sticks of David Nosek two times, than from Milan Procházka and David Hruška.
At the begining of the second third was sent to ice another goal keeper. At this time it was Michal Valent from Mladá Boleslav. This change meant that during playing time changed all four goal keepers. After that aligned David Vrbata and Tomáš Divíš sent a puck to gate of Energie few moments later. At this third were a lot of active Dej with Hruška but theirs activity wasn´t enough to change a score. But on the another side of ice was successful Marek Loskot, who shoted his second goal in this match.
The last part of this match was more lucky for Mladá Boleslav. They changed the score to 9:5. His success has on it Zdeněk Bahenský, too. He toke advantage of open gate and shoted it. Martin Zaťovič from Energie tried his best but his step wasn´t accessible. He continued in his endeavor and assisted Petr Kumstát on his goal. At the end of game was shoted after him two more goals from Mladá Boleslav and also Mladá Boleslav won 9:5.

Milan Procházka is new support for Energie for a month. He will play here with his teammates until 12th December. Milan played under Energie also in season 2008/2009 when players won the titul of extra league. This left forward will be in team on place of Jan Košťál who has health´s problems. On this position until up to this day played Marek Melenovský or other players but it was not comfortable from them. Another plus which told for Milan Procházka is that he knows players and style of Karlovy Vary´s ice hockey. His first match will be on Wednesday in Mladá Boleslav.

The Energie will have its player on the tournament of Euro Hockey Tour. In reasons of some injuries representation´s coach Alois Hadamczik sent invitations to defenseman Petr Gřegořek and forward Petr Kumstát to national team. But to Finland will go just Gřegořek. It could be Kumstát´s first representation´s action of season but he has some problems with health. In role of assistent representation´s coach is ex- coach of Energie Josef Paleček. In Karjala´s Cup will play Czech Republic with Sweeden at home in České Budějovice on Thursday. During weekend they will play with Finland and Russia. All these matches will be in live reports on TV on chanel ČT4.

The last match before the representation break played ice hockey players of Karlovy Vary with Slavia.
Today´s begining of game started pretty good Slavia when Michal Vondrka scored a goal. The o´clock didn´t show a minute and Slavia was in lead 1:0. Few minutes at the begining Karlovy Vary lost almost every puck but reversion came in the 5th minute. At that time Dej and Hruška shoted to gate two times. Two minutes late was another chance here, too. In front of a gate´s area were too much players, puck went from there to Nosek who stayed in annular area. His shoot caught goal keeper. At this moment scored another goal Jaškin from Slavia. Karlovy Vary wanted recompense. Nosek passed to Kumstát but this shoot was reflected from goal keeper. This puck went to hockey stick of Skuhravý who sent it to empty gate. Karlovy Vary-Slavia 1-2. Also Hruška waited for his chance. That came after few moments. His accurate shoot went straight to opponent´s gate.
Another hockey´s act started more active. In the first minute was in chance Skuhravý but his shoot caught goal keeper. Before long could score to empty gate Pech but he didn´t do like he wanted and missed it. On the other side of ice area - Slavia – players got to zone and from blue line shoted Žižka. His shoot put to gate Endál. It was his second goal in this season. Another who could shot and change the score was Čutta. It wasn´t his good day and he missed, too. We can´t tell it about Doležal from Slavia. His shoot which followed 4 minutes after Čutta´s was straight and Sáblík didn´t catch it. After this goal Sáblík was changed and to gate was sent Mensator.
The last third both teams waited to chance. The first chance got home team. It was in role of Hruška and Pech. Hruška passed to Pech but he missed it. Slavia got puck and did the same action like Karlovy Vary but with difference – they scored their 5th goal at this match. The last goal received guest team in power play from captain Skuhravý. Kokko passed puck from blue line to Skuhravý who had exposed gate before himself. Karlovy Vary: Slavia 3:5.

The second home game in the set was with Kladno. At the begining both of teams played more strategic game. Home team played at the begining power play but it didn´t help so much. In the middle of the first third was near goal Kladno. Jan Eberle was really close but he couldn´t make it. After that followed shoot from host player Štěpán Hřebejk who was in annular area. Nothing changed. Another chance of goal was in hands of František Skladaný. The first third = no goals.
One minute after break was game changed. Lukáš Pech passed to David Hruška. He shoted to gate, goal keeper Cikánek was disorientated and didn´t see a puck. David Hruška scored. The score for this time 1:0. Another nice chance had Petr Kumstát who could score but situation was diffucult. He circled over goal keeper who was on ground but a lot of players didn´t let him to put a puck to Kladno´s gate.
The 42nd minute was another important moment at this game. At this time shoted from blue line David Hruška. His puck drove back and Lukáš Pech found it. He worked up it and did a spin before Lukáš Cikánek and sent a puck to gate. His chance was nice and was exactly. The score changed to 2:0. The guest´s team tried to score after six minutes but Lukáš Sáblík caught it. Few minutes before the end of game was sent to bench Petri Kokko and after him Karol Sloboda,too. At this time Kladno scored. The autor of goal was Jaroslav Kalla. He shoted between pole and goal keeper. The final score of match was 2:1 and Karlovy Vary won another match and important three points.

The last match with Kometa Brno was pretty nice for Karlovy Vary because they won with score 7:0. All that meant a lot of for the next game.
The Karlovy Vary´s players started whole game good. From the first minute they were more active. We can see it in results, too. David Nosek showed it when he scored in the 7th minute of this game. One minute after him tried his good luck Rostislav Dej, he had three good positions but all three shoots went wrong. Also Brno shoted. It was in role of Tomáš Malec and he put a goal to gate and changed the score to 1:1. In the last minute of the first period Energie was successful again. It happent when Brno played in three and the goal was shoted by David Hruška. Energie – Brno 2-1.
The middle period was more calm and everything started change after the first half of this time. The first chance went from Petr Gřegorek who tried to outfox goal keeper Sasu Hovi, but he hit only his helmet. After him had chance Štěpán Hřebejk. He was near a goal keeper Sasu Hovi who wanted to catch a puck. But he dropped it and Štěpán Hřebejk put it to gate – 3:1 for Karlovy Vary.
The whole Tuesday´s match was ended up with goal from Petr Sailer. Sailer availed power play and scored the 4th goal of this game to Kometa. His goal enhanced this victory. Karlovy Vary defeated Kladno. For this season it was in the second time.

The 17th match in season played Energie in Vítkovice. This match started more offensive Vítkovice which played on the half of opponent´s team. The most important was in the first period of game formation of Ujčík. In a few seconds tried to score all of three forwads. The most accurate looked shoot from Káňa. The goal keeper Sáblík kick out his shoot with helmet. After that Karlovy Vary moved quicker and movements of players were important. Player Kumstát was really close to score but he fell down on the ice. After him tried it Skladaný, too. But also he missed a few centimetres and fell down, too. Throught that scored first Vítkovice. That happend in 17th minute when from blue line shoted Malík. Vítkovice - Karlovy Vary 1:0.
After this goal Energie wanted to score more than before. The first who tried it was Zaťovič. It was two minutes before the end of third. But he missed it. The second period started in role of players from West Bohemia – Zaťovič and Hřebejk. Together with them tried to shot a goal Pech but also he was unlucky. Another unlucky shoot went from Sloboda who passed to Hřebejk but his hockey stick was too short to get puck in gate.
In the last period and minutes of match were above guest team lucky moments. In the 44th minute wanted to score Svačina but destiny wasn´t on his side and he missed. After him got chance captain of Energie Skuhravý and he transformed it. The score changed. Vítkovice – Karlovy Vary 1:1. He tried to score again same as Zaťovič, but both of them didn´t make it. This meant extra time for match. In the extra time nothing happend. Both of teams could score, from Karlovy Vary had pretty good chance Čutta and from Vítkovice Vrána. Finally about this game decided penalty shootouts. There was more successful Vítkovice and Pohl scored the decisive goal. Vítkovice defeated Karlovy Vary 2:1.

Karlovy Vary has played with Pardubice many times in past two years, every match they won. This time everything changed. Pardubice after two years won against Karlovy Vary. Also another interesting happend because KV Arena has extented ice hockey playing ground. That happend after discussions because Energie won its title on extented playing ground in old stadium. That should help them because they are habituated for this size of ice ground.
Both of teams tried their best from the first minute of match. The home team by Kumstát shoted the first puck to gate in the first minute, but not successfully. Another shoot was two minutes later from rival Pardubice from Mezei. They were as same unsuccessful as Energie. These situations continued to the 9th minute. At this time got a puck Hruška and passed to Dej who score from annulus area. The guests want to score and five minute later that happend. Author of this goal was Rákos, Pardubice alined.
The begining of the second third was more active from Pardubice who want to win and wipe off the losing time with Karlovy Vary from the past. This succeed in the 25th minute when scored Špirko. The home team tried to reverse the score but it wasn´t easy because goal keeper from Pardubice didn´t do mistakes. Three minutes before the end of the second act Pardubice scored again. Somík shooted the 3rd goal. Karlovy Vary:Pardubice 1:3.
To the last third players of Energie brought more activity and didn´t want to lose after two sucessful years with Pardubice. Eight minutes before the end in power play scored Nosek and brought down lead of Eaton. That gave players from spa town new power and energy. They tried to score and shoot one puck after another one to gate of opponent. After pretty good last third they lost after two years with last year´s champion of Czech extra league.

After match of EHT and tournaments of players to 16 years old, both of them happend in last year. Will be in KV Arena important international ice hockey´s event. In the first half of November, from 12th to 14th November, will be tournament of four the most significant juniors categories to 20 years old. These participants are from selection from whole country and these four states are Czech Republic, Finland, Russia and Sweden. The Czech team is same like team which played in USA in Buffalo. In this team are also players and people from Karlovy Vary´s Energie team.

Lukáš and Tomáš Klíma. These two names are declined throught Energie. Both of these boys are 20 years old, there are brothers–twins. Also both of them have Czech and Slovak nationalities, so there are Czechoslovaks. They are nephews of legend of Czechoslovak ice hockey Petr Klíma.
Brothers Klíma are coming to Karlovy Vary from Slovak ice hockey team Trenčín. Lukáš and Tomáš are on the top of list in their category in ice hockey. The brothers have signed contracts until the end of season 2015, exactly to April 30, 2015. Both of them have also experiences with Czech hockey because they played in younger age in Litvínov, Kadaň and Klášterec.
Back home in Slovakia in Trenčín they were drafters of team. Their junior team won last year championship in Slovakia. We can see it in statistics, too. Tomáš Klíma played in 39 matches and got 71 points and his brother Lukáš played in 46 matches and recieved 70 points. Brothers Klíma also played in adults Slovakia league.
Tomáš will be connect to extra league´s A team tonight on the training and Lukáš will wait for his chance. He will be connect also tonight but to the first league´s team in Kadaň. It will be on him and his games when he will be connect to A team of Energie, too. About both of them are coaches sure on summer trainings and preparations for the following season.
Lukáš and Tomáš Klíma are interesting from another point of view, too. Their uncle Petr Klíma played in NHL almost 800 matches. Boy´s father is Czech and mother Slovak, so they have Czech and Slovak nationalities. That mean they are like Czech players and they are not foreigners

Sunday´s ice hockey match meant a lot of motivation for Karlovy Vary because players wanted to return lost match to Tigers from Liberec which they recieved last time. That motivation and good physical and psychical form brought players and their fans to victory in price of two points.
All this good time started at the begining of game. Players were concentrate on game and tried not to do mistakes and fauls. The first try on goal went just after two first minutes for Karlovy Vary´s captain Skuhravý but Liberec´s goalkeeper was quick and caught it. Same situation was in role of Pech who tried his best, too. However Vošvrda was again on time and stopped it. The first chance for Liberec was in hands of Dušek, who tried to fleece Mensator. He didn´t scored as same as his colleagues. After these moments it was like on swing because both of team tried to score. More sucessful was Karlovy Vary when in 16th minute scored the first goal Skladaný with asisstence of Pech.
On this goal linked to Pech when he scored another goal. Three minutes later continued with goals Liberec. Vak who caught a puck and held it on his hockey stick during whole his participation at the moment of game. Before goalkeeper he tried to do trick and shoted it. The score changed to 1:2- Another goal from Liberec fell in the last third when they played in power play and autor of goal Tročinský availed his chance. The score 2:2.
Energie didn´t wait long and answered to this goal. Author of the third goal of this match was Sailer. Another change of the score 2:3. Few minutes before the end of game scored Liberec again. This time it was duo of Víšek – Čakajík. The score before extra time 3:3. The extra time nothing changed so about game decided penalty shootouts. The coach of Karlovy Vary changed goalkeepers. Mensator went on bench and to game was sent Sáblík. The final goal scored Pech and won victory to Energie.
